Ogham is an ancient script used primarily to write the early Irish language, carved into stone monuments across Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, with this character set preserving its twenty primary letters, known as feda, along with five supplementary forfeda, which represent vowels and certain consonants. Each letter corresponds to a series of short or long strokes arranged along a central stem line, a style that mimics the original inscriptions. The set also includes a space character for word separation, reflecting the script's historical use in both monumental and manuscript contexts.
