Unicode Block - Lydian

Lydian is an ancient script used to write the Lydian language, spoken in the region of Lydia in western Anatolia during the first millennium BCE. The characters, which include letters representing consonants and vowels, are written from left to right and show a clear influence from both Greek and Phoenician alphabetic systems. This block encodes the known Lydian inscriptions, primarily found on stone monuments and pottery, with a few additional signs for numerals and punctuation.
