Changes When Casefolded - No
Unicode Version 18.0
No is the value assigned to a character when its casefolded form is identical to its original form, meaning applying full case folding produces no change whatsoever. This includes characters like most letters that already lack case distinctions, such as digits, punctuation, symbols, and lowercase letters that do not have an uppercase counterpart, as well as many scripts without case. For characters with this value, the casefolded mapping is simply the character itself, so no additional conversions or expansions occur during case-insensitive matching.
This is the default value, shared by most characters (308,759 in total), so no character list is shown.
