The "U+1F171 U+FE0F "🅱️" B Button (Blood Type)" emoji is a squared symbol showing a bold capital B, originally intended to represent blood type B in medical or donor contexts, much like the A, AB, and O button emojis. In online culture it became a widely recognized meme, often replacing the letter B in words for humorous effect or signaling irony, absurdity, or playful emphasis. Its bright red background and white letter make it visually distinct, and it is commonly used in casual chats, social media captions, and joke formats.
